How to Redeem Mimic the Voice Codes
Group shout → exact string → in-game box. No third-party sites.
Before you redeem anything
Mimic the Voice! posts promo codes in its Roblox group, not on random code dump sites. If you have not joined yet, do that first — then keep this page open beside the experience so you can paste without typos.
Official community: uhh group name (creator Flameyz). Live status of known strings always lives on the Codes Hub. Right now the hub correctly shows no confirmed public codes; still learn the redeem flow so you are ready when a shout drops.
You will play on the same Roblox account that joins the group. Codes almost always bind to the account that types them, not to a shared party.
Step 1 — Join the official group
- Open the community link above while logged in.
- Tap Join / Join Group and wait for the membership confirmation.
- Enable group shout notifications if Roblox offers the toggle — shouts are the fastest code channel.
- Pin the group in your Roblox app so you can re-check between matches.
You do not need to buy group clothes or pay Robux to qualify for free code drops. VIP and voice packs are separate Game Pass purchases and are unrelated to redeeming shout codes.
Step 2 — Capture the code string cleanly
When a shout or wall post includes a code:
- Highlight only the code characters (usually letters and numbers).
- Copy with Ctrl+C / long-press Copy — do not retype from memory if you can avoid it.
- Strip accidental punctuation. Trailing periods, emoji, or “CODE:” labels are not part of the string.
- Preserve exact casing. Roblox code boxes are frequently case-sensitive.
- If the post shows spaces inside the code, keep those spaces; if it shows a continuous token, do not invent spaces.
Write the string in a notes app if you need to switch windows on a phone. Avoid screenshot-only workflows that force you to squint and mistype.
Step 3 — Launch Mimic the Voice on the right account
- Open Mimic the Voice! from the account that joined the group.
- Wait until the lobby fully loads (server size is up to 10 players).
- Stay in the lobby / hub area — redemption UIs are almost never available mid-performance on stage.
- If you hopped accounts, rejoin; codes will not transfer mid-session across users.
Voice Chat is required to compete, but you can usually open menus before a round starts. If you still need VC, follow enable Voice Chat and mic setup after you finish redeeming.
Step 4 — Open the in-game Codes UI
Exact button labels can shift with QOL updates, so use this search order:
- Scan the lobby for a Codes, Twitter, gift-box, or shop-adjacent button.
- Check the main menu / pause panel for a Codes tab.
- Look near daily rewards, Style, or currency counters — many party games cluster freebie UIs together.
- If you cannot find it, ask in chat carefully (“where is codes button?”) without sharing your clipboard contents.
When the text field appears, click it once so your keyboard focuses the box. On console, select the field with the on-screen keyboard before pasting is available.
Step 5 — Enter and submit
- Paste the code (Ctrl+V) or type it slowly.
- Double-check there is no leading/trailing space.
- Confirm casing against the group shout one more time.
- Press Redeem, Submit, or Enter — whichever the UI shows.
- Wait for a success toast, currency pop, or error message before closing the panel.
Successful redeems usually grant Money, Gems, or a cosmetic claim. Open the Style menu afterward to equip new titles, trails, mic skins, or voice effects if those were part of the drop.
Troubleshooting failed redeems
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to try |
|---|---|---|
| Invalid / not found | Typo, wrong game code, or expired string | Re-copy from the group; confirm it is not a The Mimic horror code |
| Already redeemed | This account used it earlier | Stop retrying; codes are typically once per account |
| Nothing happens | UI focus or lag | Click the box again, rejoin server, retry once |
| Cannot find Codes button | UI renamed after update | Check shop/daily cluster; re-read latest group post for UI hints |
| Error after update | Temporary backend issue | Wait a few minutes; avoid spamming submit |
If every public “Mimic” list fails, you are probably looking at The Mimic codes. Ignore those lists and return to the Codes Hub.
Case sensitivity and common typing mistakes
PartyBoost≠partyboost≠PARTYBOOSTunless the developer published all variants (rare).- Capital O vs zero 0, and capital I vs l, cause most manual typos — paste whenever possible.
- Do not translate codes. Localized chat slang is not a valid substitute for the English shout string.
- Do not add your username to the code. Personalization happens on Roblox’s side after a valid redeem.
After a successful redeem
- Note what you received (currency vs cosmetic).
- Spend Money/Gems intentionally — mic skins and voice effects are fun, but practice still wins lobbies. See how to win.
- Equip cosmetics in the Style menu so you get value immediately.
- Return to the group shout later; limited codes can be followed by a second drop the same week.
- Continue the beginner path in how to play if this is your first session.
What not to do
- Do not enter your password on “auto redeem” websites.
- Do not buy codes from players in chat.
- Do not share a half-redeemed screenshot that accidentally includes other account details.
- Do not invent codes to “test” the box; failed spam can rate-limit you.
- Do not confuse this party game with Steam “Mimic” titles or The Mimic horror wiki.

Master this flow once. The next time the group shouts a real string, you will redeem in under a minute while other players are still Googling the wrong Mimic.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Where do I enter Mimic the Voice codes?
Inside the experience’s Codes UI in the lobby or main menu — never on a third-party website. Find the code in the official Roblox group first, then paste it in-game.
Are codes case-sensitive?
Treat them as case-sensitive. Copy the group shout exactly, including capitals, and avoid adding spaces or punctuation.
I joined the group but still have no code. Is redeem broken?
Probably not. There may simply be no active code yet. Check the Codes Hub status table and the latest group shout before troubleshooting the UI.
Can my whole party share one code?
Each Roblox account usually redeems once. Every player should join the group on their own account and enter the string themselves.
The code from a YouTube thumbnail failed. Why?
It may be expired, mistyped, or stolen from The Mimic horror game. Only trust strings posted in the official Mimic the Voice group, then verify on this wiki’s Codes Hub.
