How this tier list works

Mimic the Voice is not a fighter roster game. Your “loadout” is a microphone, a Style menu full of titles, trails, mic skins, and voice effects, plus optional Robux passes. This Tier List Hub ranks those purchases and effect families so you spend Robux on purpose.

Criteria used throughout:

• Fun — how often the effect makes lobbies laugh or react
• Flex — how readable the cosmetic is on stage and in the lobby
• Competitive usefulness — whether it helps scoring, economy, or progression without sabotaging your mimic

Remember: Voice Chat is required to compete. No tier ranking replaces a working mic—start with mic setup if you still need Mic Ready.

S-tier: buys that keep paying you back

VIP (199 Robux) — economy + visible flex

Official perks: 2x Money every round, +15% Gems on purchase, VIP Title, and VIP Trail. That combination is S-tier for players who already enjoy the loop and will keep queuing. Double money accelerates Style unlocks tied to earnings, while the title and trail broadcast status during voting. Competitive usefulness is indirect—you still must mimic well—but progression speed is real.

VIP does not auto-win rounds. Pair it with how to win habits: clean pitch contour, steady volume, and smart star etiquette.

Party Voices Pack (149 Robux) — best first effects pack

Official effects: Chipmunk, Deep, Robot, Cave, Radio. These are the crowd-pleaser classics. Chipmunk and Robot read instantly; Radio and Cave add texture without always destroying intelligibility. For pure fun-per-Robux in party lobbies, Party sits at the top of the effects ladder and undercuts Chaos on price.

Competitive note: heavy processing can blur pitch accuracy. Toggle effects off when you are hunting Spot On / Pitch Perfect badges described on the Players Hub.

A-tier: strong, situational, or premium spice

Chaos Voices Pack (299 Robux) — higher drama, higher price

Official effects: Demon, Alien, Underwater, Broken Speaker, Echo Chamber. Chaos is the flex pack—darker, weirder, louder personality. Great for content creators and late-night friend servers. It ranks below Party for most first-time buyers only because it costs more and the wetter effects (Underwater, Echo Chamber, Broken Speaker) can muddy scoring if left on during serious attempts.

If you already own Party and want a second palette, Chaos is A-tier. If you own neither and mainly want laughs, buy Party first—see the comparison on voice packs.

High-visibility Style cosmetics (titles, trails, mic skins)

Earnable and pass-gated cosmetics that stay visible while you are not speaking rank highly for flex. Trails and titles follow you between turns; mic skins shine when you are on stage. Owning 5 cosmetics unlocks Dressed Up; owning 15 unlocks Wardrobe. Those badge goals alone make curated Style shopping A-tier for collectors.

B-tier: fun but easy to misuse

Wet / glitchy Chaos effects during ranked-feeling lobbies

Broken Speaker and Echo Chamber are hilarious and still B-tier for entertainment, yet they sit lower for competitive usefulness because distortion fights the hear-and-match fantasy. Use them for victory laps, lobby goofs, or when the table is already playing for comedy.

Stacking external soundboards on top of pass effects

Desktop soundboards (discussed carefully on the Scripts Hub) are not game passes. Combining a soundboard sting with in-game Demon/Alien FX often produces noise the crowd punishes. Treat external tools as optional creative extras, not tier-list upgrades.

C-tier: skip until you know why you want them

Buying Chaos before VIP when you grind daily

If you play for badges like Regular (7 daily rewards), Marathon (10 hours), Veteran (100 rounds), or win ladders toward Rising Star / Crowd Favourite / Living Legend, VIP’s money multiplier usually helps your long-term Style budget more than a second FX pack. Chaos before VIP is a C-tier purchase order for grinders—even though Chaos itself is a fine pack.

Any “script unlock all cosmetics” alternative

Not a real tier entry—just a trap. Fake unlockers are covered in script safety. They do not belong on a cosmetics tier list.

How voice effects interact with scoring

The game scores rhythm and pitch while the crowd adds star ratings. Effects change timbre; they do not magically correct a missed melody. Best practice:

1. Learn dry-mic performance first (how to win).
2. Unlock Mic Ready and Stage Fright naturally.
3. Experiment with Party effects in casual lobbies.
4. Reserve Chaos wet effects for hype moments.
5. Turn FX off when chasing 95+ / perfect 100 badges (Spot On, Pitch Perfect, Encore).
